Beach living at its finest! Oceanfront listings will be properties that are located directly on the beach with an east orientation facing directly towards the ocean. Options will primarily be condos and townhomes with the rare oceanfront home coming on the market every now and then. Oceanfront real estate will offer the best ocean views available and easy access to the beach.
Convenience, amenities and views! Ocean view listings will be side and back units in beachfront buildings that have a north or south orientation. Options will primarily be condos in the mid and high rise buildings that offer a lot of amenities. Due to their north and south orientation the ocean views from these units will be "indirect", though some are quite good considering the price. Ocean view units are a strong value and offer a lot of convenience.
Good value and just steps from the beach! Ocean block listings will be all of the listings on the oceanside that are not located in an oceanfront building or community. Options will include homes, condos and townhomes across a variety of price points and property sizes. These units will be the most affordable option on the oceanside with some properties offering decent beach and ocean views.

Easy living on the water! Bayside waterfront listings will be all of the properties on the bayside in Ocean City that are situated either on a canal or the open bay. Options will include homes, condos and townhomes across a wide range of price points. Many bayside waterfront properties will convey with a deeded boat slip and some buildings/communities offer amenities.
Bayside interior listings will be all of the properties on the bayside in Ocean City that are not situated on the water. Bayside interior listings are the most affordable in Ocean City and options will include homes, condos and townhomes. Views will be pretty much non-existent with these properties but some offer nice amenity packages.

West Ocean City is the market area immediately on the west side of the Rt. 50 bridge. Options will primarily be homes and townhomes with both waterfront and non-waterfront listings available across a variety of price points. West Ocean City is more of a year round community with a lot to offer and is a bit less hectic than Ocean City in season.
